Who is this for?
The Ladies Lounge program is specifically designed for English-speaking women over the age of 30 or so (though you can be as young as 25 to join), located anywhere in the world, from any country or culture. Ideally you should want to lose weight for health or body confidence reasons or already be at your goal weight and want to sustain, though this isn’t mandatory. You should be motivated to improve your health, your personal preference for the way you look, and/or your results with your weight loss.
If that sounds like you, this program is definitely for you!
Can I cancel the program whenever I want?
Yep, whenever you want. There's an unsubscribe section within the membership site and you can click it whenever you like.
What exactly are you going to teach me / help me do?
I'm going to show you how to do six things:
1. How to start your weight loss journey.
2. Get you to your goal weight, dress size or look.
3. If you are already at your goal how to manage your lifestyle so that you won't regain all of the weight.
4. How you can look to tone and define your body (if your goal is to do this.)
5. How to develop a strategic plan for life, so you won't be confused about what to do in the future.
6. So much more that doesn't fall into any of the above 5 categories.
Can men join the Ladies Lounge program?
Sadly, no. This is a program specifically designed for women only.
What if I'm in a different timezone? Can I do this from anywhere?
Everything is recorded and added to the membership site. This is one of the key benefits to delivering the information online as you will never miss a thing, even if you are occupied for whatever reason.
Do I need to have a certain amount of experience with nutrition and exercise?
No not at all. All you need is an open mind and the ability to take action as I show you my approach for simple and effective weight loss and lifestyle management.
What if I don't like certain foods or have a gut issue/ Type II Diabetes/ kidney problems etc?
The Ladies Lounge caters to your own personal situation. I would never ask you to eat a specific food or follow a specific diet because this defeats the object of sustainability and is not something I am qualified to do so. And with any underlying health condition you should seek the advice of your doctor, though the info I provide is advice based and not prescriptive.
